Blastocyst Transfer

What is Blastocyst Transfer?

Blastocyst Transfer is an advanced IVF procedure in which embryos are cultured in the laboratory for about 5 to 6 days until they reach the blastocyst stage before being transferred into the uterus. At this stage, the embryo is more developed and has a higher chance of successful implantation compared to earlier-stage embryos. During natural conception, embryos normally reach the uterus around Day 5. Blastocyst transfer closely mimics this natural process, helping fertility specialists select the healthiest and most viable embryos for transfer.

Procedure
